We also provide sheep for Muttin' Busting and can combine that with a demo for your fair!
This year, we had the awesome opportunity of providing a stock dog demonstration at the Canmore Highland Games, August 31, 2008.
The weather didn't exactly co-operate - there was about 2" of snow on the ground when we arrived In Canmore!
Our stock dogs work year round so a little bit of snow didn't deter them or us and everything went off without a hitch.
Both Russ and I want to thank the folks at the Canmore Highland Games for giving us the opportunity to entertain with a stock dog demonstration, and to show what our dogs can do.Thank you for putting on such an amazing event - the Pipe and Drum bands were phenominal, and the closing ceremonies are something you don't want to miss! It took our breath away hearing all the Pipe and Drum bands perform as one. All we can say is WOW!
We look forward to the opportunity God willing, to provide the demonstration next year.
It doesn't get much better than this!
Russ encourages people to be involved!
Bryn 'doin his stuff!'
Our hats off to the Pipe and Drum bands, despite the cold weather they did a magnificant job!
Lakedell Agricultural Fair August 30, 2008.
Russ along with Bryn, Belle which are our older experienced Border Collies and Kate our Australian Kelpie put on a good show for the folks at the Lakedell fair.

Bryn moving the stock.
Help from the crowd - an inexperienced handler works with Kate.
Not only putting on an informative show for the adults in attendance, Russ likes to involve the children as well.
Workinig with Belle and Bryn, each dog going in an opposite direction.
See how intent and focused the dogs are, on watching the sheep. Don't you even think of going anywhere's while my master is talking!
Stock dog demonstration in Rocky Mountain House, Alberta
The children watched with anticipation as Belle and Bryn moved the sheep around them and into the human gate they provided!
